Some people genuinely love planning travel.

Others feel their stress level rise the second they open a flight search.

And plenty of us fall somewhere in between.

Maybe you love saving beautiful hotels, restaurants, and travel reels, but have zero interest in comparing cancellation policies or figuring out transfers.

Or maybe you would happily hand the entire planning process to someone else and simply show up with your suitcase.

That is the beauty of working with a travel advisor.

You can keep the parts you love, hand off the parts you do not, or let me take the lead from the very beginning.

From Saved Reels to a Real Trip

If you enjoy researching travel, chances are you already have pieces of the trip in mind.

The hotel you bookmarked six months ago.

The tiny restaurant you found in Rome.

The boat day someone posted from the Amalfi Coast.

The villa overlooking the Tuscan countryside.

Send me all of it.

Saved reels, Pinterest boards, screenshots, spreadsheets, notes, half-formed ideas. They help me understand what catches your eye and what you want the trip to feel like.

Then I start connecting the dots.

  • Does it fit your budget?
  • Are the places you saved anywhere near one another?
  • Is that hotel actually a good fit for your travel style?
  • How much time will you spend getting from place to place?
  • What needs to be booked ahead?
  • Where should we leave room to wander?

A collection of beautiful saved posts is great inspiration.

My job is to turn that inspiration into a realistic, bookable, well-paced trip.

Let’s Say You Want to Go to Italy

You come to me and say:

“I want to go to Italy.”

Perfect.

Now we figure out what your Italy looks like.

Maybe that means:

  • A few busy days exploring Rome
  • A slower week in Tuscany
  • Long lunches and beautiful hotels
  • A boat day along the Amalfi Coast
  • Seeing as much as possible
  • Unpacking once and settling into one place

We also talk about how you actually like to travel.

Do you want every dinner reservation made before you leave?

Would you rather have a short list of great places and decide as you go?

Are you an early-start, packed-itinerary traveler?

Or does the idea of having somewhere to be at 8 a.m. on vacation make you miserable?

We talk about your budget, timing, priorities, travel style, and the trips you have loved or not loved in the past.

Because ten people can ask for a trip to Italy and be imagining ten completely different vacations.

I am not just helping you go somewhere. I am helping create the version of that destination that feels right for you.

You Decide How Involved You Want to Be

There is no one right way to work with a travel advisor.

Some clients want me to take the lead.

Others want to be involved in every decision.

Both work.

“Here’s the Budget. Make It Amazing.”

Some travelers want the details handled for them.

You give me your destination, budget, dates, and overall vision, and I help build the trip from there.

Depending on the destination and scope, I may also work with a trusted destination management company or local partner.

That can include things like:

  • Hotels
  • Transportation
  • Private guides
  • Tours and experiences
  • Restaurant recommendations
  • Local logistics

Instead of managing dozens of tabs, emails, reservation deadlines, and confirmations, you get one thoughtfully coordinated plan.

You focus on looking forward to the trip. I focus on making it happen.

“I Have 37 Tabs Open. Please Help.”

Maybe you love planning and already have strong opinions.

You know which hotels you like.

You have watched every reel about the destination.

You might even have a color-coded spreadsheet.

Love that.

Send it all to me.

I can help you sort through the options, narrow down what makes sense, and make sure everything actually works together.

That hotel may be gorgeous, but:

  • Is it close to what you want to do?
  • Is the room in the photo actually the room category you are booking?
  • Does the property have the atmosphere and service you are expecting?
  • Will staying there make the rest of the trip easier or more complicated?

You can stay involved in the creative part without carrying every logistical detail yourself.

“Planning a Trip Stresses Me Out. Can You Just Handle It?”

Absolutely.

For some people, travel planning is fun.

For others, comparing flights, hotels, neighborhoods, transfers, restaurants, and activities quickly becomes one more thing on an already-full to-do list.

Maybe you have been saying, “We should plan a trip,” for months but have not gotten past opening a few tabs.

Maybe you know you want to go somewhere but have no idea where to start.

Or maybe you simply do not want to spend your evenings researching hotel reviews and transportation options.

You do not need to become a travel expert just to take a great vacation.

Tell me what you know:

  • Your dates
  • Your approximate budget
  • Who is traveling
  • Where you are thinking about going
  • What you want the trip to feel like

Then I can help take it from there.

You get to look forward to the trip without turning planning it into a second job.

“I Just Need the Hotel Booked.”

Not every trip needs a detailed itinerary.

Sometimes you already know where you are going and what you are doing.

You simply want help with one piece.

That might be:

  • A hotel or resort
  • A cruise
  • Choosing between a few properties
  • A special celebration trip
  • One important part of a larger vacation

That works too.

Travel advisor support does not have to be all-or-nothing.

You Keep the Inspiration. I Handle the Infrastructure.

Even people who love researching travel do not necessarily love travel administration.

Finding a beautiful hotel is fun.

Comparing room categories, deposit schedules, cancellation terms, and rate inclusions is less exciting.

Finding a restaurant on Instagram is fun.

Figuring out when reservations open is another story.

Choosing a remote beach resort is fun.

Working out how you are getting there after an overnight flight, ferry connection, and 90-minute transfer?

That is where the details start to matter.

Depending on the trip, I can help with:

  • Researching and evaluating hotels and resorts
  • Comparing rates and room categories
  • Reviewing booking terms
  • Making reservations
  • Coordinating transportation and transfers
  • Researching guides, tours, and experiences
  • Working with trusted local partners
  • Organizing confirmations and trip details
  • Providing restaurant and destination recommendations
  • Following up with hotels and travel suppliers
  • Identifying backup options when plans change

But I am also looking at the trip as a whole.

Do the travel times make sense?

Are you trying to fit four destinations into a trip that would be more enjoyable with two?

Is the cheapest flight actually costing you most of your first vacation day?

Did you choose an incredible resort and then schedule so many activities that you will barely be there to enjoy it?

Those details are often what separate a seamless trip from an exhausting one.

What About Hotel Perks?

Through my affiliation with Fora and its preferred hotel partnerships, some reservations may include additional benefits.

Depending on the property, availability, and program, those could include:

  • Daily breakfast
  • Hotel or resort credit
  • Early check-in
  • Late checkout
  • Priority for a room upgrade

Benefits vary by hotel and program, and upgrades are never guaranteed.

Part of my role is knowing where these opportunities may exist and making sure your stay is booked through the right channel when they do.

Sometimes the value is breakfast or a property credit.

Other times, it is having someone who knows who to contact, what questions to ask, and what details to follow up on before you arrive.

What Happens After You Book?

My work does not necessarily end when the confirmation email arrives.

Before departure, I help make sure the important pieces of your trip are organized and easy to access.

Depending on the level of planning, that may include:

  • Accommodations
  • Transportation
  • Reservation details
  • Tours and experiences
  • Dining recommendations
  • Helpful destination information

I can also handle follow-ups leading up to the trip so you are not digging through six months of emails wondering whether the hotel ever confirmed your airport transfer.

And if something changes, you are not starting from scratch.

I already know the trip, the reservations involved, and where to begin.

Travel will always have variables.

Flights change.

Weather happens.

Restaurants close.

Plans shift.

The goal is not to pretend that nothing unexpected will ever happen.

It is to create a well-built trip and give you support when something needs to adjust.

Working With a Travel Advisor Does Not Take Away the Fun

It gives you more room to enjoy it.

If you love planning, keep planning.

Send me every hotel you love.

The restaurant you found on TikTok.

The villa your friend says you have to stay in.

The screenshot you took eight months ago and cannot remember why you saved.

If planning makes you want to close your laptop and forget the trip entirely, hand me the starting point and let me help simplify it.

And if you fall somewhere in the middle, we can figure out exactly where you want support.

You can be involved in every decision or only the ones that matter most to you.

The difference is that you do not have to carry the entire trip yourself.

Ready to Turn the Idea Into a Real Trip?

Bring me the destination.

Bring me the budget.

Bring me the hotel you saved six months ago.

Bring me the Pinterest board with absolutely no sense of geography.

Or simply bring me the feeling of:

“I want to take a trip, but I have no idea where to start.”

We will take it from there.

You save the inspiration. I make the trip happen.

Thoughtful trips, planned with care.

Planning a trip?

Tell me what you are dreaming up. Whether you already have 37 tabs open or have no idea where to start, I’d love to help.
